STANDARD SHIPPING by courier
The deliveries of the products take place in the Greek territory within two - three (2-3) working days through the company DHL after the confirmation of your order.
The products are distributed from 9:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday. Once the order arrives at the receiving address, you will be asked to sign in order to be delivered.
If the goods arrive at their destination and there is no one to pick them up, then the cooperating courier company will make two more attempts, the next working ones, to deliver the product to you, leaving you a notice to contact their competent representative. . The time limit to contact them and determine the re-shipment of the product to you is 3 working days. After the end of the specific period, the product is automatically returned to our warehouses. When the product is returned to us, we will contact you for the alternatives we offer. In case the reason for return concerns a mistake of the company, the company undertakes to send a courier again to the address you have assigned to us for the receipt of the order at its own expense.
In case the information you entered in the form is not correct, the Company does not bear any responsibility for non-delivery.
Shipping as a GIFT:
This option concerns sending a gift to a third party address. When completing your order at the checkout, select the shipping address where you want the items to be sent as Gifts, then select the shipping option as a gift. Shipping times and costs are the same as in the case of purchase by debit / credit card as in this case the option of cash on delivery is not given. The details of the recipient of the gift will not be used by us, except for the sending of the gift. Also, the recipient of the gift will not receive the purchase receipt which will be sent to you via email. In case of refund, the amount will be credited to your account.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS & CHANGES
From the date of receipt of the product you have 10 days to decide whether to return it.
We point out that when you return a product to us, we must know the order number, the product code, as well as your desire for Replacement, Compensation-Refund or Credit, so that we can service your request as soon as possible and accurately.
From the moment the goods leave you, we will receive them within 1-2 working days if they are returns from Greece and through SPEEDEX.
In case you choose other transport companies, we do not guarantee the delivery times of the products you return to us. After receiving the product, we will process your request immediately and we will inform you by e-mail or by phone about its processing.
Note: all products must be returned in their original quality condition and with the tabs on them. In the event that our quality control finds a defect in the product unexpected, Customer Service will contact you for the procedure to be followed.
